“Vulnerability is not knowing victory or defeat, it’s understanding the necessity of both. It’s engaging. It’s being all in.” -Brené Brown
I don’t believe in cookie cutter therapy. I take an individual approach, believing that every person who walks into my office has different vulnerabilities, experiences, and insights, each deserving of a unique therapeutic experience tailored to them. I work with my clients to create an environment that is open, nonjudgmental and with a belief that we all have the strengths and knowledge we need to find our way. Sometimes we just need someone walking beside us as a witness, helper, mirror.
I am dedicated to keeping up with current research and techniques in the field of psychotherapy. Our field is rich and complex and my believe I am always learning too, just like my clients.
I work with all ages. I have experience working with a range of topics, from depression and anxiety to trauma and personality disorders.
I would be honored to be a part of your unique journey.
